    wow NYC have macaron day every sunday. that amazing! i hope we will have the same thing here in Kl.

      No, sadly it’s not every Sunday (I wish!!). Right now I think it’s just once a year, modeled off of Macaron Day in Paris. I’m hoping it spreads to other cities.

      Yeah, definitely look into it! The class fills up quickly, so if there’s a class, jump on it. I also took a tapas class there that was pretty good.

    I came across this post on foodgawker and HAD to reply! I’m a pastry student at CSCA and Delphin (the crazy french chef you’re talking about) is one of my teachers…and his recipe is hands down the best I’ve come across! Also, your macaroons look great :)

      Thanks, Tara! We had a great time in Chef Delphin’s class and have had great results using his recipe.
